About this role

Position Summary... As a Senior Manager, Business Development for Scintilla, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing strategic partnerships for Walmart Scintilla. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by introducing the platform and value proposition of Scintilla, ultimately selling subscriptions

This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, a strong sales acumen, the ability to communicate a vast value proposition, and an understanding of how to forge relationships with key stakeholders. What you'll do... Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Walmart Scintilla subscriptions

Identify and target potential clients that can benefit from Scintilla’s offerings. Self-guided research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships both internally and with potential clients

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Walmart Scintilla. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive subscription sales. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Daily use of CRM tools (Saleforce) to manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions. Use of our sales qualification framework, MEDDPICC, Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Requires knowledge of: Syndicated Point of Sale (POS) Data Industry (e.g
