Position Summary... To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion. What you'll do..

Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team. Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required

Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks Job Responsibility #5 Support with scheduling as needed. Job Responsibility #6 Assign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store. Job Responsibility #7 Participates in the training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates , and provides feedback as needed
