Design your dreams with Dior. Your Impact: Within the Retail team, the Business Manager is responsible for the management of profitability at a specified retail location. This role is crucial for managing the sales team, building retail relationships with store management, and the development/motivation of sales team, in support of the region’s retail profitability

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Beauty Stylists, MCD Ambassador (where applicable), Selling Specialists, Esthetician (where applicable). Job responsibilities Manage retail sell through and execution of promotional programs at the counter via the sales team. Responsible for both individual and counter productivity

Must meet expectations and KPIs established by the brand and by the retailer. Manage team of Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors (where applicable), and Estheticians (where applicable), including recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll. Develop productivity guideline
