Job Description Team Overview The Japan Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is accountable for managing client relationships with payment ecosystem stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, eCommerce companies, wallet providers, Fintech, as well as Global Acquirers and PSPs. The CRM team also works in collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, Client Services teams and other business function at Visa to drive client relationships
Roles & Responsibilities of this position: This role is responsible for owning and expanding Visa’s relationships with global acquirers and payment service providers (PSPs), including but not limited to GMO-PG, DGFT, Adyen, and Worldpay, in Japan. The position serves as the primary point of orchestration on the acquiring side, enabling and accelerating Visa’s acquiring agenda through close partnership with global, regional and local ACQs and PSPs. The role focuses on enabling, facilitating, and scaling the acquiring ecosystem, working end‑to‑end from strategy to execution
This includes driving the implementation of Visa initiatives and solutions on the acquiring side, aligning global product priorities with partner roadmaps, and ensuring successful technical and commercial enablement with clients.
