Growing together. The Data Analyst - Operations (SG26) is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant operational reporting and analytics to support Rx Clinical Operations. This role partners with clinical program owners, operations leaders, and enterprise analytics teams to translate business requirements into standardized reports and insights

The position is a key enabler of the Rx Clinical Operations Globalization Strategy for 2026, supporting productivity, utilization, and cost-benefit outcomes. Primary Responsibilities: Reporting & Business Support Receive and clarify reporting and analytics requirements from internal stakeholders, including clinical program owners, call center managers, and enterprise analytics teams Develop and deliver ad hoc and recurring operational reports, primarily using Excel and Power BI Distribute reports and provide ongoing stakeholder support for interpretation and issue resolution Data Extraction, Integration & Cleansing Extract, join, and aggregate data using SQL within Azure Databricks; leverage Python/PySpark as needed for data manipulation Integrate data from multiple sources (databases and Excel files) using SQL joins and Power Query Perform comprehensive data cleansing, including duplicate removal, format corrections, and validation to ensure data accuracy Data Quality, Governance & Documentation Validate data and reports to ensure 100% accuracy and time
