Job Overview Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Technician performs a variety of custodial tasks and repairs related to corporate facilities maintenance, including preventative systems and equipment maintenance, lighting maintenance, breakroom, bathroom equipment, fixtures, door hardware, and a variety of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks

This position will also perform cleaning, painting, moving materials and equipment, event preparations, space allocations, workspace occupant services, and general grounds maintenance. Duties & Responsibilities Performs a variety of preventative maintenance of key facility infrastructure including, buildings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, elevators, drain lines, breakroom fixtures, and appliances. Ensures facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe, and clean condition Maintains the integrity of building systems and equipment by performing general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, clearing of drain line blockages, and conducting general building repairs to doors, hardware, painting, furniture; oversees work performed by 3rd party vendors when repairs must be outsourced
