</p><p> </p><p>This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.</p><p> </p><p>The Brand Manager with cross‑functional leadership to develop, execute, and optimize consumer‑focused marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand equity. This role primarily focuses on consumer programs (including the ZYN Rewards ecosystem and Club 3|6 integration) and the development of multi‑category assets that deliver a cohesive, consumer‑first brand experience across touchpoints.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Your ‘day to day’:</p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><ul type="disc"><li>Lead development, redesign, and optimization of consumer programs, including ZYN Rewards and Club 3|6 integration, to drive engagement and loyalty.</li><li>Own consumer program strategy, journey mapping, and execution in partnership with cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Lead creation of multi‑category consumer assets, ensuring consistent messaging, creative standards, and scalable execution.</li><li>Develop toolkits, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to support downstream activation across categories and channels.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Trade Marketing, CE&A, Legal, and external partners to execute approved programs.</li><li>Support advertising
