<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><strong><u>KOL/KOC selection, briefing and content generation</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop KOL/KOC selection criteria and detail KOL/KOC briefing base on business needs confirmed by Comms manager. </li><li>Output KOL/KOC list, based on KOL selection criteria confirmed by Comms Managers.</li><li>Brainstorm and output each KOL/KOC ‘s idea base on content angle designed by Comms Managers</li><li>KOL/KOC comment section management, generate useful insight base on consumers verbatim on comment section</li><li>Support Comms manager to execute include but not limited to KOL/KOC AMP process, free goods sample check</li></ul><p><strong><u>3rd party relationship connection build and maintain </u></strong></p><ul><li>Support Comms manager to organize, build and maintain Brief KOL/KOC timely and clearly according to briefing book, making sure KOL fully understands our brand and product superiority to enable super content generation on time.</li><li>Review content and provide input before publish online according to aligned project CPS.</li><li>Quarterly KOL/KOC review base on performance, and upgrade KOL briefing / KOL selection</li></ul><p><strong><u>Insight Generation and emerging KOL recommendation:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Social insight mining and identify emerging KOLs with potential to generate talkable buzz. And make recommendation on KOL to generate super content

<strong><u>LRB/Wechat/Weibo Brand Account Content Planning and Execution: </u></strong></li><li>Cook brand account content execution calendar base on brand communication master plan, gate-keeping the content and publish online.</li><li>Gain free traffic and build Brand equity through engaging with consumer’s post on social media using official account.</li><li>Review brand account content performance and generate learnings on what’s working/ not working.</li><li>Review customer/campaign content and provide input with Comms manager’s guidance publish online.</li><li
