Job Responsibilities As an Automation Engineer at Micron, your responsibilities will include: Automation Execution & Support: Support site automation systems such as Automated material Handling Systems /ASRS, AMR /AGVs, conveyors, Cobot /Cobot and material tracking tools to ensure stable operations. Programming knowledge will be added advantage. Execute assigned automation tasks independently under defined scope, following site and global standards, should have Hands on Experience on Mechanical Maintenance Act as a key contributor during system installation, commissioning, ramp, and sustain phases

Project Participation: Support automation project execution including layout reviews, checklist execution, and on-site activities. Participate in Factory Acceptance Test and system buyoff activities, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved. Execute defined work packages within larger automation projects

Cross‑ Functional Coordination: Work closely with Facilities, Manufacturing, IT/MES, Warehouse, and Equipment Engineering teams to support automation deployment. Interface with vendors and OEMs for issue resolution, testing, and clarification of requirements. Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, risks, and issues to leads and stakeholders
