The Customer Experience & IT leads the way in shaping Japan’s business and technology landscape, driving impactful contributions to our business success.This multifunctional role is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems, primarily focused on Finance, wholesaler management, HR and other enabling domains. The role leads day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensures sustainable and compliant system lifecycle management, and cultivates strategic partnerships with business stakeholders. By aligning IT services and solutions with business requirements and applying AZ’s global IT standard methodologies, this position maximizes business value, fosters operational excellence, and delivers innovative, dependable technology that supports business goals

Role and Responsibilities Maximize business value by ensuring Finance, wholesaler management, HR and other enabling domains’ IT systems are effectively aligned with business needs, sustaining reliable and efficient operations in accordance with CET business objectives. Take end-to-end accountability for IT systems operations, covering all aspects of lifecycle management, including design, implementation, maintenance, upgrade, and retirement, in accordance with AZ’s global IT operation methodologies.
