Responsibilities: Leadership and Management : Leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Sales Strategy Development : Developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales environment. Team Development : Recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching sales staff. Data Analysis : Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
Communication : Ensuring effective communication between upper management and the sales team. Customer Relationship Management : Handling customer relationships and resolving issues. Sales Monitoring : Monitoring sales pipelines and forecasts
Collaboration : Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to drive sales initiatives. Qualifications: Education : A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in sales leadership roles min 2 years
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills a. ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to industry changes is also important.
