Growing together. This role leads and mentors a small team of software engineers while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development and technical design. The Associate Manager is accountable for delivery, code quality, and engineering standards, and plays a key role in building scalable, secure, and reliable backend and automation systems
The role balances hands‑on coding with day‑to‑day team leadership and execution ownership. Primary Responsibilities: Engineering & Development Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while remaining actively involved in coding and technical design Design, build, and maintain backend services and automation frameworks using Python Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud environments Review code, guide system design decisions, and ensure adherence to modern engineering standards Platform & DevOps Collaboration Partner with architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to build secure, scalable, and resilient systems Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, testing, observability, and operational readiness Support production systems with focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement Delivery & Execution Drive technical execution across multiple initiatives while balancing hands‑on development and team leadership Own delivery commitments and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes Identify
