Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager US Body Care Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Associate Brand Manager, HOBA + Consumer Promotions / Trade Activation plays a critical role in driving the day ‑ to ‑ day performance and executional excellence of the Aveeno Face & Sun business. This role serves as the owner of Health of Business Analytics (HOBA) and leads consumer promotions, trade activation, and sampling to deliver strong in ‑ market results. Key Responsibilities: Health of Business Analytics (HOBA) Own weekly business reporting, tracking brand performance vs

plan, diagnosing key drivers, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks Compile monthly business analyses, including brand performance, competitive activity, and category trends Own NPI reporting, ensuring visibility to in ‑ market POS performance and consumer sentiment Lead competitive defense, monitoring competitive dynamics and translating into business recommendations F
