Role and Responsibilities Job Description / Scope of work: 1. Strategy & Collaboration Partner with Product Marketing and Channel team to develop and execute tailored channel promotions. Serve as a core collaborator for Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Sales Teams across all channels

Ensure strategic and budgetary alignment between Sales field needs and Marketing initiatives. Provide leadership in translating marketing strategy into executable, high-impact programs. 2

Analysis & Improvement Analyze channel sell-through, promotion results, and shop performance, implementing data-driven improvement plans. Conduct competitive analysis (benchmarking, pricing, and movement) and report findings to relevant teams. Streamline marketing data tracking and store mapping to inform and drive improvement plans

Partner with Sales and Retail Marketing on shelf share analysis, audits, and improvement recommendations. 3. Channel Development & Performance Identify and develop new channels to support overall business and sales growth

Define and implement key KPI metrics to measure efficiency and guide resource allocation. Execute systematic retail outreach to secure high mindshare with store managers and sales influencers. 4

Training & Administration Coordinate and manage training and development for Channel and Retail Marketing staff. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
