Job responsibilities Monitoring weekly supply unloading, receiving, and storing. Monitoring daily issues in stores. Checking receiving, spoilage, discrepancies reports

Checking all the store issues and GRN’s booked in MC. Completing all the inter department transfers in MC on a daily basis. Creating new article in MC system whenever there is a request from department

Perform any other outlet spot checks and any discrepancy reported to cost controller. Maintain a close working relationship with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and Purchasing Mana
