Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b><b>Main Tasks & Responsibilities</b></b></p><p><b><b>主要工作职责 :</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Engage in communication with local government on Pricing/ Bidding/Health/ Reimbursement department , research institutions and other organizations, to provide corporate opinions and suggestions for the formulation of relevant policies.</span></b></p><p><b><span>与地方政府有关定价、招标、卫生及医保部门、研究机构等组织沟通，为相关政策制定反馈企业意见及建议</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Seek for the reliable 3rd party/channel and evaluate its feasibility and implement initiatives which align with business growth target.</span></b></p><p><b><span> 配合公司业务发展目标，寻找、评估合适的平台，策划执行并跟进有关的项目开展。</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Collect pricing/reimbursement/bidding information related to product and obtain the updated policy, providing policy analysis internally</span></b></p><p><b><span>收集和整理当地公司产品有关的物价医保及招标信息，同时及时了解当地的动态政策，为内部提供政策的分析。</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Lead cross-department MA collaboration and play a good role as coordinator and communicator to ensure collaboration implementation </span></b></p><p><b><span>主导 MA相关的跨部门合作，并积极地协调和沟通使之顺利进行。</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager 主管指派的其他任务</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection </span></b></p><p><b><span>遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗
