Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><span>The <b>Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) </b>was established to drive analytics and technology-driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><p><span>As the <b>Analyst (Business Operations)</b>, you will join the GATE team to manage critical data contracts, third-party agreements (TPA), and related finance and budgetary processes.</span></p><p></p><p><span>In this role, you will act as a key liaison between US business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure the efficient, compliant, and timely execution of all data agreements, with a specific focus on the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Contract & Agreement Management</b></p><ul><li><p><span>End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Process Data Contracts and Third-Party Agreements (TPA) from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Legal) and external vendors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Vendor Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new vendors by collaborating with the Vendor Master Data team to obtain necessary approvals and system setup.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Compliance & Access: Partner with stakeholders to validate appropriate use cases and data sources for TPAs to prevent discrepancies and unauthorized access.</span></p></li><li><p><span>System Administration: Oversee t
