Analyst/Associate, Equity Derivatives Trading

About this role

We are looking for a high-potential, quantitative-minded individual to join our Equity Derivatives trading desk as a Junior Trader. In this role, you will support senior traders in product pricing, market making, and risk management. You will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, gaining exposure to full trade lifecycle

Responsibilities: * Assist in equity derivative product pricing, market making, modelling, and process development for business * Assist in trade processing, risk analysis, and product life cycle management * Liaise with middle-office, back-office and technology teams to ensure accurate trade booking, settlement, and technical stability of systems * Work effectively, independently and as a highly collaborative teammate across the wider derivative business Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or above preferably with major in Mathematics/Science/ Economics/Finance * 1-3 years of relevant working experience in finance industry * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Python, VBA preferred * Mandarin speaking skill is preferred WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
