Job Description The Analog Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of next-generation analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits used in Micron’s volatile memory interface products

This role involves close collaboration with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance analog IPs supporting advanced memory technologies. The engineer is expected to clearly communicate complex technical concepts, evaluate design tradeoffs, and contribute to architecture and product development decisions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced memory products

Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers. Provide feasibility and topology tradeoff assessments during architecture development. Perform schematic- and post-layout-level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness

Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high-quality designs. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across future memory technology nodes. Collaborate with different function areas like systems, layout and digital designers among others

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with a specialization in Microelectronics.
