Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact: As an Analog Circuit Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, transforming innovative concepts into high-performance analog circuits. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement analog circuits for advanced process nodes focused on high-speed 112/224Gbps SerDes Design, including TX, RX and PHY clocking circuits. - Perform circuit design, parameter extraction, and analog behavior modeling to meet circuit and block microarchitecture specifications
- Create and execute test plans to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of designs, ensuring compliance with specifications. - Optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and leakage while addressing trade-offs in circuit design. - Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to design circuits that deliver robust functionality and superior electrical capabilities
- Conduct detailed validation, including post-silicon testing and debug, and support high-volume production readiness. - Utilize industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE simulators, and extraction tools for design and verification. - Continuously improve design methodologies and contribute to enhancing processes for greater efficiency and innovation
