## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Applications Engineering General Summary: GENERAL SUMMARY: * Support Qualcomm Automotive platform customer projects, work for AI SDK Model Compiling, Performance Benchmark, AI application integration. * Play consultant/expert role to help customer to deploy AI models, work with customer on AI performance/accuracy optimization, algorithm integration, code review, platform DSP driver stability debug. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1~3 years Android Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
* Strong Python/C/C++ programming and debugging skills * Experience on Android, Linux, QNX or Embed operating system. * Be familiar with one or more AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffee2, ONNX. * Be familiar with major machine learning and deep understanding for deep learning like CNN, transformer
* Be familiar with major AI accelerator chip architecture , like DSP or GPU. * Good verbal and written communication skills in English. * Be familiar with GenAI like LLM/VLM is a plus
* Strong understanding/experience on Qualcomm chipset solution is a plus. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. • 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques
