This is an opportunity to blend business insight, creativity, and technical curiosity to help build a next-generation partnership and insights platform within Roche.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to clearly define project requirements, implement use cases, and validate AI-driven applications.</p></li><li><p>Design and build lightweight, no-code/medium-code generative AI tools and assistants to automate or enhance internal workflows and processes.</p></li><li><p>Develop and refine AI-enhanced solutions that support diverse corporate use cases, enhancing efficiency and strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users and teams to ensure successful adoption and effective use of AI-based applications.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and optimize solutions based on continuous user feedback and emerging business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Continue to maintain and update AI capabilities within corporate business development applications, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and best practices </p></li><li><p>Develop and update documentation and knowledge bases for corporate business development AI tools </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li><p>Recen
