The Advisory Director, Care Transformation - Remote will be a part of a team responsible for solving some of the most complex issues facing health systems across the US. Our clients seek transformational solutions to managing clinical operations - including Care Management, Workflow, and Clinical Variation Reduction - to reduce cost of care, improve quality and patient outcomes, and bring innovative solutions to solve complex problems. This individual will lead opportunity analysis, solution design, financial measurement and implementation

The ideal candidate must be passionate about improving care delivery, effective at working in a fast-paced, high energy environment and confident in their interactions with senior leaders (C-suite), providers, and business partners. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
