You will work closely with leaders, teammates, engineering partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Security organization runs smoothly, communicates effectively, and scales intelligently. \n Core Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and teams within Palantir’s Security function. Support Security team programs, including onboarding, internal events, offsites, people processes, awareness campaigns, training rollouts, and recurring communications

Manage complex calendars, meeting preparation, travel, expenses, budgets and internal operating cadences. Handle sensitive communications, materials, and operational details with excellent judgment, confidentiality, and discretion. Identify operational problems, diagnose root causes, and drive solutions to completion
