Job responsibilities How you will contribute… Overview of the position To implement and execute the sales action plans to achieve the objectives of sales volume and revenue, price management, merchandising, consumer activations and channel related activities within assigned territory for specific channel types. To develop and maintain good working relationship with all outlets assigned and consolidate market trend and client’s feedback as the territory suggestions to customer marketing team for consumer activation improvement

Mentoring junior team members and attend cross function projects. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance Achieve the agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target set by the Manager Gaining suitable outlets in order to expand distribution of the Company's core and strategic brands among potential customers to hit and overachieve the distribution target Following store segmentation and assortment planning to list right brands portfolio to the right outlets Focus on sell out result and maintain health trade stock in the outlets level Business Insight Implement th
