Support is provided through hands-on selling to customers, ongoing training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, assisting in planning and executing all special event programs, and training for these team members. Achieving excellence in client experience and point-of-sale execution through coaching and developing teams, ensuring adherence to all brand merchandising guidelines and standards, and partnering with store management as an advocate for the brand.
