<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Your role：</span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Optimize inventory structure according to annual business strategy and target to keep the balance between demand and supply, including slow moving inventory reduction.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Continuously improvement of the information flow from sales forecast, demand planning, material planning, order handling, approach a transparent and efficient E2E supply chain information flow.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Organize regular supply meeting across departments about demand and supply status, deviation analysis and potential risks with solutions.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Optimize the supply chain process to ensure the smooth connection between upstream and downstream to build up a systematization, standardization and digitalization platform.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Supply chain optimization projects management (i.e., digital supply chain, supply network setup and improvement, supplier management, transportation optimization).</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Department KPI tracking with solid analysis.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Other tasks required by line manager.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure procedures are built and proces
